Netball has been a huge part of my life for many years, both as a player and a coach. I currently play for Burwell 1st Team in the Premier Division, competing at a high level and continuing to develop my knowledge and understanding of the game. Alongside playing, I hold my England Netball Level 2 Coaching Qualification, allowing me to work with players of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners through to competitive club athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.
I currently coach within schools, including working with students at The King's School Cambridge, delivering engaging sessions that focus on skill development, confidence, teamwork and enjoyment of the game. My coaching approach combines technical development with creating a positive and supportive environment where players feel encouraged to challenge themselves and grow. Whether coaching individuals, small groups or full squads, I adapt every session to the needs of the players in front of me.
In addition to team and school coaching, I offer one-to-one netball coaching for players looking for more personalised support. These sessions are tailored to the individual's goals, whether that's improving shooting accuracy, footwork, movement, passing, decision making, fitness or overall match performance. One-to-one coaching provides focused feedback and structured development, helping players build confidence and make noticeable improvements both in training and on match day.
