I know that making time for yourself can feel impossibly difficult.
My job is to make that first step feel manageable and help you create a way of training that continues to work when life gets busy.
Sport has always been part of my life. Coaching made it my purpose.
I have a degree in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Kent and qualified as a personal trainer while studying. I also coach netball and gymnastics and hold my England Netball Level 2 coaching qualification.
Becoming a mum changed my body, my time and my relationship with exercise. Rebuilding my own routine slowly reminded me that movement can be both powerful and personal, not another demand to fail at.
That experience shapes the way I coach now: listen first, remove judgement, make the plan realistic and keep adapting until it works for the individual.

Want to get a feel for who I am first?
Have a watch before you get in touch. I want you to feel comfortable with the person you’re choosing to support you.

I understand how hard it is to make room for yourself.
Becoming a mum changed my body, my time and my relationship with exercise. I rebuilt my own routine slowly at home, around family life, and remembered how powerful it feels to do something for yourself.
That’s why my coaching is warm, flexible and realistic. I want you to feel supported, not watched; encouraged, not judged.
